The Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers (RABDF) is running a funding webinar on Thursday, 30 March, at 11:30 am to unravel the latest raft of Government funding available for dairy farmers.
Defra's Senior Policy Advisor, Gordon Jones, and Agricultural Consultant Emma Turnock from Kite Consulting will systematically outline funding, helping farmers take maximum advantage.
In the hour-long webinar, experts will go through each grant separately, detailing what it is, how it works and what is needed to apply. Schemes such as the Farming Equipment and Technology fund, farm productivity and slurry grants, the Animal Health and Welfare Review and Countryside Stewardship Capital Grants will be covered.
Commenting on the webinar, RABDF Chairman Di Wastenage, who will chair the session, said: "There is a wealth of funding opportunities available for dairy farmers, but they often come with a short application window or need some detailed preparation.
"This webinar will go through each grant systematically, so dairy farmers understand what is available and how it can help their business whilst funding is available. There will also be the opportunity to ask our panel of experts any questions during the webinar," she said.
The webinar will take place from 11:30- 12:30pm on Thursday 30th March. To register for the free webinar, go to bit.ly/3Z8KSSu
