Our annual flagship event, Dairy-Tech, takes place every February at Stoneleigh Park. The 2026 Gold Cup Open Day will be hosted by T N Morrow and Partners at Treveale Farm, Ladock, Cornwall, winners of the 2025 NMR/RABDF Gold Cup. The family-run business was recognised for its high-yielding Maymor Holstein herd, strong investment in sustainability, and exceptional milk quality.

Women in Dairy brings women working in our industry together through regional discussion groups for knowledge exchange, networking and to promote the dairy industry.

This business training programme is designed for aspiring dairy producers and organised by the RABDF in collaboration with The Andersons Centre, AHDB Dairy, and the NFU. The course has seen over 450 applicants complete it from a variety of industry backgrounds. It provides hands-on commercial experience and training in:

• Taxation
• Business structures, including partnerships, joint ventures, and tenancies
