The Devon and Cornwall area group invites motivated females to their next meeting to provide support, knowledge development and networking opportunities for women linked to the dairy industry.
Communication: Influencing and motivating change - Heather Wildman, Saviour Associates
Communication within a farming business can be difficult at times, not just within the day to day running of the farm but also the longer term plans for the business. Heather Wildman of Saviour Associates offers a glass half full approach to working with both family and staff. In these workshop sessions Heather will be covering;
- How to get people (family/staff) on board
- Time management
- Managing family/staff
- Handling disputes
- Vision/goals/targets
- What is stopping you?
- Motivation and resilience
Heather was a key speaker at this year's Women in Dairy National Conference and comes highly recommended by those who have been involved in her sessions.

Time: 11.00am to 2.30pm - drinks will be provided for all meetings but please bring a packed lunch for the daytime meetings. All meetings will be indoors so no need for outdoor clothing. Please feel free to bring a friend or neighbour.
