Access to skilled labour is a vital part of that. Over the past decade, the RABDF has been at the forefront of raising awareness and trying to find solutions to the labour issues on dairy farms. They have conducted a raft of surveys to try and demonstrate the scale of the problem and gathered and submitted evidence to government showing the importance of skilled foreign labour on UK farms.
