Pre-registration has opened for free entry to Livestock Event to be held at The NEC Birmingham on 6 and 7 July, announces its organiser, the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers.
“Persistently low prices across the livestock sector have led us to agree open doors to all visitors,” explains Livestock Event director, Matt Knight. “It’s an offer that will enable all dairy, beef and sheep farmers, their families, managers and staff to save money on the gate and enjoy a day away from the farm.
“This year’s event is all about sharing information, ideas and no nonsense practical advice to help their businesses to survive the next 18 months. They will be able to find out about relevant products and concepts that will save money and keep them on track.
“We are also extending our practical demonstrations, discussions and seminars to offer all visitors the opportunity to take home practical advice to implement next day on farm.”
He adds: “Livestock Event offers a valuable away day for member groups for example, buying or discussion groups, grassland or breed societies and young farmers or young breeders clubs to take advantage of this fantastic offer of free entry, free parking and free advice.”
Free entry is also available to vets, consultants and other industry professionals together with members of the supply trade.
